Wafting from the glass with aromas of pear， crisp stone fruit， wheat toast and citrus oil mingled with hints of white flowers and praline， its full-bodied， layered and concentrated， with tangy acids， terrific mid-palate amplitude and an enlivening pinpoint mousse.
